SERVING in SUSSEX
Case Study
We partnered with Nostos Hove Restaurant and Little Jasmine Spa to create a zero-waste dining experience for their weekly lunches.
For several months, Little Jasmine Spa staff took part in a Wellbeing Programme as part of their employee benefits. Every Friday, each employee were treated to a healthy meal, freshly prepared by Nostos in Return Ware’s reusable containers.
Each staff pre-ordered their meals on a simple Whatsapp poll and received their meals by lunchtime, directly to their staffroom. The meals arrived by eBike in a thermal food bag.
Once they enjoyed their meals, the empty containers were rinsed and returned to the staffroom, in our return station for collection.
The positive feedback has proven that sustainability and convenience go hand in hand. Our community collaboration improved their social and environmental impact, while ensuring that each employee was well fed for the day.
We provide impact reports to measure your sustainability progress. This project collectively saved 500 single use items, thanks to all those involved!
